RAGI CHOCOLATE COOKIES

RECIPE:

BARofChoc Post-its Ragi Chocolate Cookies By – Kasturi Neil Sonalkar

Ingredients

Ragi flour - 120 g

Ghee - 60 g

Powdered Khandasari sugar/Jaggery - 80 g

Cocoa - 1/2 tsp

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

A pinch of salt , nutmeg , cinnamon

Powdered Pista - 10-15

Just enough Milk to bring the dough together+

Melted BAR of CHOC chocolate - (about 20 g)

Some finely chopped BAR of CHOC to add to the dough!! To make it more chocolaty!

Method

1. Add the flour and rest dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the Ghee and rub it on the flour.
3. Add the rest Ingredients. Being the dough together.
4. Shape into balls. Press them a bit. Place on parchment paper on the baking tray.
5. Bake at 170° for 20-30mins.
6. Enjoy warm.
