RECIPE:
BARofChoc Post-its Ragi Chocolate Cookies By – Kasturi Neil Sonalkar
Ingredients
Ragi flour :: 120gms
Ghee:: 60gms
Powdered Khandasari sugar/Jaggery:: 80gms
Cocoa:: 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom powder :: 1teaspoon
Pinch of salt , nutmeg , cinnamon
Powdered pista :: 10-15mins.
Just enough Milk to bring the dough together+
Melted BAR of CHOC chocolate (about 20gms)
Some finely chopped BAR of CHOC to add to the dough!! To make it more chocolaty!
Method
1. Add the flour and rest dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the Ghee and rub it on the flour.
3. Add the rest Ingredients. Being the dough together.
4. Shape into balls. Press them a bit. Place on parchment paper on the baking tray.
5. Bake at 170° for 20-30mins.
6. Enjoy warm.
