Preparation time:
15 mins (plus 30 minutes setting time)
Ingredients:
BAR Nickels 56% Dark Couverture Callets - 200g
Chopped almonds - 1/2 cup
Dried cranberries or cherries - 1/2 cup
Sea salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt the BAR Nickels Callets in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
3. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and dried fruit evenly over the chocolate.
4. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
5. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then break into pieces.
