BARofChoc Post-its ‘Dark Chocolate Almond Pistachio Fudge’ by Manisha Shah
Preparation time:
Approx 3 hours (including cooling time)

Ingredients:
BAR 70% Dark Couverture Chocolate - 175 g
Condensed milk - 200 g/ 2/3 cup
Melted butter - 1 tbsp
Chopped Almonds and Pistachios - 75 g/ ½ cup
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or by the double boiler method.
2. Then add the condensed milk and melted butter to it.
3. Stir continuously till it mixes properly. Then add the chopped nuts and mix well again. Spread the mixture in a thick layer in a 5-inch square tin.
4. Refrigerate it for 2-4 hours till it sets properly. Then cut into squares.
