CACAO CHIA PUDDING

Preparation time:

5 mins (plus 2 hours or overnight for chilling)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

1 tbsp cacao powder

1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh berries or sliced fruit for topping

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture is thickened.
3. Stir well before serving, and top with fresh berries or sliced fruit.
